Hello North Central
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand how frustrating it is when you can't receive important one-time passcode emails from SAM.gov. Please kindly try the following steps:
1. Add sender to Safe Senders List
- Sign in to Outlook on the web then go to Settings > Mail > Junk email
- Under Safe senders and domains, add SAM.gov and any related domains.
- In the same Junk email settings, make sure SAM.gov is not listed under Blocked senders and domains.
- Also review any Inbox rules that might move/ delete/ forward these emails through Settings > Mail > Rules or Settings > Mail > Forwarding
2. Search all folders again
- Sometimes OTP emails are filtered into “Other” tab or get filtered silently, please use the search bar and select “All folders”.
- Try searching for keywords like “code” or “OTP”
3. Ask sender to resend while testing again
Contact SAM.gov support and ask if your address is suppressed or blocked due to past bounces.
Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
Thank you for your understanding and patience. Please feel free to let me know how it goes after trying these steps.
