Hi, I cannot log into Microsoft 365 Account for business, it keeps asking me for Authenticator codes. I have a password and I know it, and I have put my phone number in Overview. I deleted Authenticator on old phone, and I tried to add it on a new phone, but it asks me again for a code from Authenticator. I cannot find QR code on Microsoft account to login to Authenticator app, nor can I access Security info on Microsoft account - it goes in vicious circle, always asking for Authenticator codes... I marked flagging option, but I didn't receive an email on Organization email.

I see that a lot of people had similar issues but answers on how to access it have been deleted for some reasons. So, if someone can help me change the method for signing in, or logging in some other way i would be grateful.

    Hi @Milojica Milovanović,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Regarding you can't log in to your account in Microsoft Authenticator app. I’d like to ask a quick questions to better understand your situation and assist you more effectively:

Could you please clarify whether you are an end user or an admin?

If you are an end user I would recommend you contact your account's Admin to reset your MFA settings through the Microsoft Entra Admin Center. Ask your administrator to follow these steps:

Revoke MFA sessions and require re-register in the Microsoft Entra admin center
    User's image

You could provide your admin this article for a better view: Manage authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication - Microsoft Entra ID |…

Thank you again for your time and understanding. While my initial response may not resolve the issue immediately, I’d like to gather more details about your situation so I can assist you more effectively.

I really appreciate your patience, and I’m here to help. Looking forward to your response!
