Microsoft 365 -> Developer Program -> Dashboard/Subscription issue

My Microsoft 365 Developer Program account was created successfully, but the dashboard never finishes loading. It has been stuck at “Please wait while we load your information” for 3+ days.

• Sandbox not provisioned automatically

• Cannot access E5 features or tenant admin center

• Unable to delete profile or recreate environment

• Support portal does not show Developer Program as a selectable product

Request: Please reset / fix my developer tenant provisioning or manually activate the E5 sandbox.
