The BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) you are experiencing could be related to the AMDRyzenMasterDriverV22, which is a driver associated with AMD's Ryzen Master software. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to resolve the issue:

    1. Update the Driver: Check for updates for the AMD Ryzen Master software and ensure that the driver is up to date. You can do this through the AMD website or via the software itself.
    2. Remove the Driver: If updating does not resolve the issue, consider uninstalling the AMD Ryzen Master software temporarily to see if the BSODs stop occurring. You can do this through the Control Panel under "Programs and Features."
    3. Check Event Viewer: Since you mentioned Event ID 7000, you can look into the Event Viewer for more details about the error. This might provide additional context on what is causing the driver to fail.
    4. Run Hardware Diagnostics: It may also be beneficial to run hardware diagnostics provided by your system manufacturer to rule out any hardware issues that could be causing the BSOD.
    5. System File Checker: Use the System File Checker tool to repair any missing or corrupted system files. You can do this by running the command SFC /scannow in the Command Prompt with administrative privileges.
    6. Check for Windows Updates: Ensure that your Windows 10 is fully updated, as updates can include important fixes for known issues.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, you may want to consider seeking further assistance from Microsoft support or the AMD community for more specific guidance related to the driver and your hardware configuration.

    Hi ,

If you have the Ryzen master app uninstall it first.

If it is a laptop or desktop, if possible, could you provide the laptop model or your desktop configuration?

Go to the c:\windows\minidump folder, copy the files to your desktop, then upload them to OneDrive or Google Drive and post the link here for analysis.

Give feedback if the information was useful or not.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Oh yes, sorry.

Motherboard is an ASRock X470 Master SLI and my network card is an Intel I211 Gigabit Network Connection.

I have removed the Ryzen Master then.

So, this is more of a problem connected with the motherboard or with the network hardware?

Thank you very much once more!
