Not Able to Access Email

Question

I will keep this short. My account exists, as I am posting a question on it here. However, whenever I attempt to access my email through outlook on my computer, it states the account doesn't exist? I am able to access my email fully on my Pixel 8 phone, simply due to the fact that it remembers my login. If I were to logout on my phone I fear it might say that my account once again, does not exist. I will attach an image in this questionnaire as to what my issue is directly stating. If anyone can help me with how I should go about to access my email, then please do so.

Thanks for the screenshot. First, please double check the exact email address you use on your Pixel 8 and make sure you type the same one in Outlook on your PC. The message appears when Outlook does not recognize the account you entered. If this is a RoadRunner or Spectrum email, you need to add it in Outlook using IMAP settings from your provider because Microsoft does not host that email.

Please tell me who provides your email service, Spectrum or RoadRunner, so I can guide you to the correct settings.
