How do I access my document library and all my files in Word?

    Hi Vanessa,

    Thank you for posting, I am here to help. Your Microsoft 365 data, documents is stored in your Computer inside My Documents, Desktop folder, Local Drive storage and OneDrive folder.

    To check please follow this steps:

    Click start button and search file explorer.

    One File explorer window open on the left pane check the following folders.

    OneDrive

    Desktop

    Downloads

    Documents

    Pictures

    Music

    Videos

    Check every folder for your files. Check the dates to see the most recent updated document / files.
