This article contains directions to download Azure Synapse Pathway.
Prerequisites
Azure Synapse Pathway requires .NET Core Desktop Runtime 5.0.8 or later.
Download
Download the latest version of Azure Synapse Pathway from the Microsoft Download Center, and then run the AzureSynapsePathway.msi file.
Important
Azure Synapse Pathway is currently in active development. Certain features might not be supported or might have constrained capabilities. For more information, see Supplemental Terms of Use for Microsoft Azure Previews.
Install
- Once you've saved the AzureSynapsePathway.msi file, click on the file to bring up the Azure Synapse Pathway Setup wizard to begin installation.
- When you select Next, it will take you to the End-User license agreement.
- Once you accept the agreement and click Next, you will see the Microsoft privacy statement.
- Click Install to begin the installation process.
- The installation process will take a few seconds. Click Finish to complete the installation.
- You should see the Azure Synapse Pathway home screen.
Pricing
- Synapse Pathway is free to download. There's no associated cost to run your code translation.
- Data Ingress: There's no cost associated with bringing your data into Azure. For more information, see the Bandwidth pricing details.
