How do students book lessons?
Students can book lessons online, through their mobile device, or over the phone with a Student Counselor.
TakeLessons accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept cash payments, checks, or money orders.
Booking Online
Students can book lessons through our online marketplace at TakeLessons.com using their computer or mobile device.
- To start, the student will enter the subject they are interested in learning.
- This will display a list of our available instructor options. From here, they can click on each instructor’s profile to view more information.
- Once the student has selected a teacher, they can click View Lesson Packages or View Special Offers to purchase lessons through the instructor’s profile.
Booking over the phone
Students can also purchase lessons and get assistance in selecting a teacher over the phone by calling 877-231-8505. Our New Student Counselors are available Monday- Saturday 7am to 6pm Pacific time.
