Hello Experts,

Please help me with the following questions:

I have co-managed devices in Intune. My workloads are co-managed, and the devices are present in Intune, SCCM, and Azure. When I try to sync manually, it works, but the automatic sync is not happening. Also, the firewall status shows as disabled for MDM devices running Windows 10 or later, with the firewall turned off in Intune.

Could you please advise on the steps I should check and configure to resolve this issue?

For this issue that "Co-management devices not taking automatic sync", did you mean that the last sync time isn't updated? If yes, please if the "dmwappushservice" service is automatic. Following the steps:

1.Go to Start Menu and search for Services app.

    2.Open the Services app.

3.Select Dmwappushservice service from this list.

4.Change the startup type of the Dmwappushservice service to Automatic.
