Remove outdated URL/image from Bing Cache

Hello,

a photo appeared on the old version of the URL

https://www.lets-ffb.de/wie-funktioniert-lets

that was subject to a legal warning.

This photo had the URL

https://www.lets-ffb.de/images/fotos/menschen.jpg.

The outdatedURL, which I have since renamed to

https://www.lets-ffb.de/wie-funktioniert-lets-neu,

should be reliably removed from the cache.

All my attempts to resolve this using Webmaster Tools have failed so far.
Can you please help me?

    If you utilize the Content removal tool, the process would be quicker as detailed at this article :

    This process can take time as the next recrawl can be after a week or a month. If you notify Bing about the broken link (404 – Not Found) through the Content Removal tool, we can speed up removing the URL from our search results. If the URL still points to a page that is live on the web, you have the option to remove outdated cached content. If we are unable to reach the URL, which you want to remove, (as your server is unreachable), you will not be able to submit a page removal or outdated cache removal request.

    thanks for your reply.

    Since this matter is urgent, I would like to expedite the blocking process.

    Would it be possible to block the entire photo directory by "Removing the URL using the Block URLs tool"?

    The Content removal allows to report broken links or outdated cache pages:

    https://www.bing.com/webmasters/help/bing-conte...

    The procedure may require up to 4 weeks to be processed by Bing.
