Lost Microsoft Points Randomly, HELP

Question

I was working on earning microsoft points and randomly lost about 6-700 microsoft points while I was searching for things to earn them. I don't understand if it was a malfunction or whatever but that doesn't matter because I had earned them, and that's what matters.

Hello Jen I would like to say that I lost thousands of Microsoft rewards points and this isn't the first time it's happened but this is the first time I'm going to raise a big stink because we're talking almost 2,000 Microsoft rewards points. I think your corporation does this to guys intentionally and has been doing it for a long time and I think your corporation is probably responsible for a lot of reparation. My account is what was five now as two at gmail.com with the five and two being numerals instead of written out please look into that account and you will see that I'm missing several thousands of points and I have been complaining so if somebody doesn't correct this I plan on reaching out to the federal trades commission to file a formal complaint of intentional and malicious theft on the part of Microsoft
