If you cannot use those steps to access the Recovery Environment, then you will need to create a bootable Windows 11 USB on another working PC and boot your PC from that, then rather than installing Windows 11, select ‘Repair this Computer’ that will give you access to the Recovery Environment from there
In the Recovery Environment on the USB, try each available option.
Click this link:
https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win...
to download the Media Creation Tool to create the bootable USB.
Then, Boot your PC from the Installation Media you just created (change Boot Order in your BIOS)
no i double checked is not letting me access the windows recovery
no i cant access this ive tried it before its not letting me
Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
I do think you may have a hardware issue.
If you are unable to get into Windows are you able to use these steps to access the recovery environment?
Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down
Do this twice
On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.
Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart
Upon restart, press 5 to enter Safe Mode
Are you able to get into Safe Mode and if so, is your system stable in Safe Mode?
