For logs stored in the App Service file system, the easiest way is to download the ZIP file in the browser at:

  • Linux/container apps: https://<app-name>.scm.azurewebsites.net/api/logs/docker/zip
  • Windows apps: https://<app-name>.scm.azurewebsites.net/api/dump

For the windows apps, I tried my App Service application weblink on my mobile device I entered the /api/dump but, nothing happened

    Hi Chukwuma Akunyili ,

If you're using a Windows App Service, accessing logs via /api/dump on your mobile might not initiate the download. Try using a desktop browser or check for access permissions and network stability.
