How to fix UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME blue screen windows 11

Question

I have an msi laptop and for several hours I keep getting this error, I mention that:

-I tried starup repair and it still doesn't work

-I tried to enter safe mode because I thought I had corrupt files, but the startup setting in the advanced options does not appear

-I also tried to use cmd but some commands such as bootrec /fixboot (access denied), bcdedit, bootsect /nt60 do not work

i don't know what to do anymore and i want some fixes because i have some files that are important...
