Would anyone know why BGInfo randomly causes a wallpaper to rotate 90 degrees clockwise/counterclockwise? I've tried several things like:

Syncing preferences Personalize setting

Updating all drivers

Setting images from .png to .jpg

Latest solution I've tried is changing it from .jpg to .jpeg, not sure that it will do much though. I've found almost no questions being asked on this unfortunately. Thank you in advance,

Ziad

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

I suggest you try to modify the group policy to prevent changing the desktop background, as follows:

    1. Press Win + R to open the Run window and enter gpedit.msc to confirm and open the Local Group Policy Editor.
    2. In the Local Group Policy Editor window, expand User Configuration - Administrative Templates - Control Panel - Personalization, find and double-click Prevent changing the desktop background. If this setting is enabled, users cannot change any desktop background settings.

    User's image

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best regards

    Zunhui
