Could you please share the complete error message which you are experiencing along with the screenshot?
Meanwhile, could you please check if you workspace is configured to allow access to the Client IP address?
Workspace is not configured to allow access to the client IP address, complete the firewall configuration for the Workspace allowing the Client IP address to the workspace. Add the Customer IP address which was returned from the Raw Results in the Firewall Blade on the Portal and confirm customer is able to access the workspace.
