Unable to Slice from Outrigger Dimensions in Azure Analysis Services

In Azurd Analaysis services, I see an issue while querying data (Pivot Table) from an Outrigger Dimension, for example DimAddress have DimState and DimZip as Foreign keys from different dimensions and when I using the above dimensions as filters, the result I see is a Cartesian product. Also goes for the fact tables if defined as dimension but not as a measure group would result in Cartesian product. Please let me know how to resolve this problem.

I'm having some difficulty understanding what you are asking. A small example of what you are trying to do may help.
Here's how I understand what you are asking: If you have a filter on state you are expecting that to only see addresses that are from that state via the zip code common dimension. If you have a fact table, say FactSales, and you use that as a filter you are expecting to only see the state and address displayed from the dimension tables.
