    Hi,

I'm an Independent Advisor here to help you.

    Have you tried reinstalling Roblox?

Also try running the Win App Troubleshooter.

Go to Settings, then > "Update & Security" > "Troubleshoot", Then click "Windows Store Apps" > "Run the troubleshooter".
