Do the logs coincide with Imports/Exports and/or Syncs being run in the Sync engine?
If so, what does the sync operation logs look like?

These are the Forefront Identity Manager Synchronization/Operational logs. logs are generated every minutes with the following errors.
HRESULT: '0x80230303' Source: '..\csobj.cpp' Thread ID: '0x494B' Additional Info: 'À%'

Are there any syncs running, with errors, at the same time as the logs in the Event Log appears?
