CloudPool.AutoScaleEnabled Property

Gets or sets whether the pool size should automatically adjust according to the AutoScaleFormula.

If false, one of the TargetDedicatedComputeNodes or TargetLowPriorityComputeNodes properties is required.
The default value is false.
