If you disabled Fast Startup in Windows, that is not the same as Fast Boot in BIOS, if Fast Boot is enabled in BIOS, that may be blocking you accessing BIOS.

Click the power button on your Start menu.

Press the Shift Key and click Restart

Your PC will boot into the Windows Recovery Environment

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - UEFI Settings.

Your system should then restart again and boot into BIOS.

If not, what is the exact make and model number of your system, the method to boot into BIOS varies from PC to PC.

To resolve the issue with fast boot options in Windows 11, you can try the following steps:

    1. Access the BIOS/UEFI Firmware Settings: Since you mentioned you want to enter the BIOS, ensure that you are using the correct method to access it. You can do this by:
      • Restarting your PC and pressing the manufacturer’s key (such as Esc, Delete, F1, F2, F10, F11, or F12) during startup.
      • If Windows is already installed, you can also access it by selecting Power > Restart while holding the Shift key, then navigating to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware settings.
    2. Disable Fast Startup: Once you are in the BIOS/UEFI settings, look for the Fast Startup option and ensure it is disabled. This option may be located under the Boot or Power settings.
    3. Check for Other Boot Options: If your system continues to fast boot, check if there are any other settings related to boot speed or fast boot that may need to be adjusted.
    4. Update BIOS/UEFI: If the issue persists, consider updating your BIOS/UEFI firmware to the latest version, as this can sometimes resolve boot-related issues.
    5. Hardware Check: If none of the above steps work, ensure that there are no hardware issues. Disconnect any external peripherals and check if the problem persists.

If you continue to experience issues, you may want to consult your manufacturer's support for further assistance.
