    Dear @Jose Olvera,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum. I’m happy to assist you.

To better understand and resolve your issue, could you please provide more details about the problem you are experiencing? For example:

Does this happen with one specific file or with all files stored in OneDrive?

Are you encountering any error messages? If so, please share the exact wording.

    Meanwhile try:

Change to a different network connection

Switch to another Wi-Fi or use mobile data to rule out network-related issues.

    Use an Incognito/Private browser window

This helps avoid cached credentials or browser extensions interfering with the download.

    Clear browser cache and cookies

If the problem persists, clearing cache can often resolve unexpected behavior.

If OneDrive is stuck on downloading a file, it could be due to several reasons. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check for Hidden or Temporary Files: Sometimes, hidden or temporary files can cause syncing issues. Make sure to check for these files in your OneDrive folder and remove any that are not needed.
    2. Reset OneDrive: You can reset OneDrive to resolve syncing issues. To do this, sign in to OneDrive, select the OneDrive icon in the taskbar, go to Help & Settings > Settings, and then follow the instructions to reset OneDrive.
    3. Check Windows Updates: Ensure that your Windows is up to date, as updates can fix bugs that may be causing the issue. Go to Start, type "updates," and select Check for updates.
    4. Restart File Explorer: Sometimes, simply restarting File Explorer can resolve syncing issues. You can do this by right-clicking the taskbar and selecting Task Manager, then finding Windows Explorer, right-clicking it, and selecting Restart.
    5. Check OneDrive Status: Make sure that OneDrive is running properly. You can check the OneDrive status in the taskbar notification area to see if there are any alerts or issues.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consider uninstalling and reinstalling OneDrive as a last resort.
