A class representing a collection of ServiceObjectiveResource and their operations. Each ServiceObjectiveResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of SqlServerResource. To get a ServiceObjectiveCollection instance call the GetServiceObjectives method from an instance of SqlServerResource.
