ImageList.ImageCollection.Empty Property

Gets a value indicating whether the ImageList has any images.

public bool Empty { get; }member this.Empty : boolPublic ReadOnly Property Empty As Booleantrue if there are no images in the list; otherwise, false. The default is false.
You can check this property without forcing the creation of a Handle.
