What do you need to do after you have ported over your phone numbers?

Skype for Business Online operated by 21Vianet in China will be retired on October 1, 2023. If you haven't upgraded your Skype for Business Online users yet, they will be automatically scheduled for an assisted upgrade. Skype for Business Online, excluding the service operated by 21Vianet in China, was retired on July 31, 2021.
After you have submitted your port order, we'll contact your carrier and work out the details with them. When the final transfer date has been set, we'll notify you via email. However, while waiting on your carrier to accept the order, go ahead and create the required emergency addresses you'll use with these numbers.
