Hello. I currently struggle with converting my word 2016 document that includes a vector into a pdf. Printing to pdf as well as exporting causes my vector image to get distorted. Here is an example.

On my computer at home I use Windows 10 on my computer at work I use windows 7.
I just updated to 1708 and it works! Thanks a lot.
The only "distortion" I see in your output files is a slight "jagginess" of the diagonal edges of the triangle. I believe that is caused by the output filters converting the vector object to a raster image. I don't know of any way to avoid that other than asking Microsoft to reprogram the PDF output filter to preserve vector objects.
For that matter, I wasn't able to find any unequivocal statement on the Internet that the PDF file format supports SVG images. There are lots of sites that offer to convert an entire SVG file to a PDF file, but I found none that say they take Word documents that contain SVG and preserve the vector objects.
