Hi,
If you cannot see Onedrive Synchronization client on your PC, try to download latest version from this link:

The One Drive icon in the bottom right hand corner of my Windows 10 screen has disappeared. Does this mean that the link to my cloud One Drive files is not connected? If so, how do I reconnect?

It is a real, known problem of OneDrive, started may/june 2018.
Uninstalling and reinstalling OneDrive can solve, but it will happend again.
As OneDrive downloads an upgrade, it deletes previous version but for some reason it is not able to install the new one.
It repeats the process more and more times, creating new instances of the install folder (_1, _2, and so on).
If you don't restart your PC, OneDrive remains active, but at first reboot it disappears.
I tried various solutions, then I found the one avoiding me to setup again accounts and folders to sync every time.
The solution is to manually install THE UPGRADE ONLY, not OneDrive from scratch.
Go to c:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive.
Here is where normally you find missing ONEDRIVE.EXE.
You'll note several folders named with the versions of OneDrive it was trying to install, day by day:
Example:
18.095.0510.0001_4
18.101.0520.0002_4
18.127.0625.0002_1
Choose the most recent.
You'll find inside a file named OneDriveSetup.exe.
Lauch it: an install progressive bar appears centered on the screen.
When it's finished, it closes itself, without messages.
Done.
Now OneDrive is running with your logins and settings already OK, syncing your clouds.
If you can't see the OneDrive icon (icons, if you use several accounts …) in the tray, go to Start, All programs and launch OneDrive for the first time.
This doesn't assure you that it's solved forever: I had to repeat this process several times during last 2 month, but it takes a few seconds of time and then you'll be online.
