Who's is the admin for HK SAR bomin inc company?

Hi. I was bought an account from a seller and he don't answer me when i ask them who the admin is? So if i have the full name of that company that associated with the me account is there any way to get touch with that company or the admin of them ? 

HK SAR bomin inc company! < This is the random company ! Could you help to get in touch with them?

    Where did you purchase that account from this HK SAR baomin inc?

    They are not an official seller and not associated with Microsoft . ..

    Did you purchase this account online, if so, please provide the link to the page you purchased your licence from . . .

    You will need to do that through Ebay, because they are not associated with Microsoft in any way and no-one here would know how to contact them . . .

    When you purchase Office 365 it should be associated with your Microsoft Account on Office.com, so you can manage your account and installation form there yourself

    The seller has no right to retain any sort of hold over that Office product you purchased, honestly this does sound like they have scammed you . . .

    The account is office 365 pro, so these types of accounts has admin of them? Right?

    There are a lot of sellers on Ebay that are not legitimate . .

    You need to log into Ebay and make an official complaint to that website, they will look into this matter for you and possibly provide you with a refund . ..
