    Hi Renno K,

I’m Gunasekar and I will be happy to help you with your question, I am a Microsoft consumer like you.

Since the. MSG File Format Specification is a part of Click on the File tab Outlook, you cannot create it from scratch. Instead, you can follow these steps.

    1. Select or double-click on the email that you would like to save.
    2. Click File > Click on the File tab on the ribbon.
    3. Now, click on Save As from the left pane and save the file type as "Outlook Message Format- Unicode, and click on Save".

This will save a mailbox item in an MSG file format and you can share it.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I’ll be glad to assist you further.

    Best regards Gunasekar N
