Restoring Ribbon Tabs and Backstage in Access

Please help me remember what I forgot. I came across an old Access file where the only visible ribbon tabs are File and Home and in the backstage the only visible menu options are Print, Privacy OPtions, and Exit. I recall there is a hotkey combination that when couple with closing and reopening the file will restore the normal ribbon and backstage, but I cannot remember what it is.

Try holding down the (left) Shift key while you open the database.
