Create a searchable and implementable archive of documents of various types doc xlsx pptx linked for different themes and / or subjects (mathematics, physics, medicine, research, etc.) and references to other documents with an indexed database. System ssd content and Ondrive backup.

In practice I would like to ask and get advice on the structure of the archive and what settings I should have on the various types of documents to get a single body that does not give me myriads of errors.

What interests me most is the structure to be adopted and if necessary dedicate a disk partition to it.

S.O. Windows11Pro, Office Pro Plus 2021

THANK YOU!!!

    Hello

I’m Adeyemi and I’d be happy to help you with your question.

To create a searchable and implementable archive of documents of various types, you can use a combination of tools and techniques. Here are some suggestions that might help you achieve your goal:

    1. Structure: You can organize your documents into folders based on themes or subjects, such as mathematics, physics, medicine, research, etc. Within each folder, you can further organize the documents by type (doc, xlsx, pptx) or by other criteria that make sense for your needs. You can also use tags or metadata to add additional information to the documents to make them easier to search and categorize.
    2. Indexing: To make your archive searchable, you can use an indexing tool to create a database of the documents and their contents. This will allow you to quickly search for specific keywords or phrases within the documents. There are many indexing tools available, both free and paid, that you can use for this purpose.
    3. Backup: To ensure that your archive is safe and secure, it's a good idea to back it up regularly. You mentioned that you have OneDrive backup, which is a great option for backing up your files to the cloud. This will ensure that your files are always accessible and protected in case something happens to your local storage.
    4. Disk Partition: If you want to dedicate a disk partition to your archive, you can do so by creating a new partition on your hard drive and assigning it to your archive. This will allow you to keep your archive separate from other files on your computer and make it easier to manage and back up.
    5. Software: Since you're using Windows 11 Pro and Office Pro Plus 2021, you have access to many tools that can help you manage and organize your archive. For example, you can use the built-in search and indexing features in Windows to quickly find documents within your archive. You can also use tools like OneNote or SharePoint to organize and share your documents with others.

    I hope these suggestions help!

Non serve che insulti le persone che chiedono cose dicendo che io sono offensivo e manco di rispetto. Ho cercato di allargare la platea e non sono al corrente del fatto che si gestito solo in lingua italiana. Sarai tu irrrispettoso e maleducato insinuando fantasie. Impertinenti e arrogante.
