Microsoft Defender keeps losing all information for credit and dark web monitoring.

I guess you didn't really read my question.

Of course I have a Microsoft account (and MS Office 365 Family); this is required to set up MS Defender.

I had already set up credit monitoring and dark web monitoring several times and it was working.

The issue is not that I can't set up the app and these features, but that Defender keeps losing all the data I entered every couple weeks, and I'm tired of reentering them. There is a massive bug in the app that makes it lose all the credit and dark web monitoring data on a regular basis; many other people have complained about this too.

I have the same issue. Just put my info in again for the 4th time. I have Office 365 and Windows 10 Pro. I have it on my iPad Pro and Pixel 7 Pro. This is infuriating. They need to fix this.

I am having exact same same issue. Microsoft Defender Credit Monitoring Items disappear. after a few days/weeks.

I also have the Pro version of windows. The issue seems to be caused by a combination of having a Microsoft 365 subscription and Windows PRO.

This is not happening for my other Microsoft 365 family members that do not use a Windows PRO version.
