Understanding Microsoft Copilot 365 & Comparison to Copilot Pro

Dear,

I currently have a Microsoft Copilot 365 license for my work. It is clear to me that this license is very suitable for working with documents and sensitive business information. However, the following is not entirely clear to me:

  • The Copilot Pro license states that you have priority access to GPT-4 and GPT-4 Turbo during peak hours. Does Copilot 365 also use these data models, or is this not applicable?
  • Is there high-level enterprise data security when I use the "web" tab in Copilot, or is this limited to the "work" tab?
  • Why can't I use Microsoft Copilot 365 to generate images when working in the "work" window?

Thank you in advance for clarifying this.

Dear Sander Goethals, Good day!Thank you very much for the information.**Creative, informative blogs for our website & SEO purposes (non-sensitive information). Does Copilot 365 fall short when it comes to writing creative content (without sensitive information)? Or was it the same capabilities as the Pro version? Which license do you recommend for this type of job function? Or are both licences needed?**Microsoft Copilot Pro is for individual users, and for organizations and businesses, I recommend purchasing Copilot for Microsoft 365. Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365—Features and Plans | Microsoft 365 The processing power of the two is the same.**Can Microsoft Copilot 365 generate images when working in the “work” window? --> As you can see in the image below, it is not possible to generate an image in the “work” tab with the 365 licenses.**This should not be directly related to the license.  Normally, it should be possible to generate images. Dear Tin,

    • Additional question: For our content marketers/ copywriters, we are considering which license to take. They write the following types of content:
      • Content behind the scenes around sensitive company information (e.g., a leaflet about a new collection).
      • Brainstorm around new product names based on sensitive company information.
      • Creative, informative blogs for our website & SEO purposes (non-sensitive information). Does Copilot 365 fall short when it comes to writing creative content (without sensitive information)? Or has it the same capabilities as the Pro version?
      • Which licence do you recommend for this type of job function? Or are both licences needed?
    • Can Microsoft Copilot 365 generate images when working in the “work” window? --> As you can see in the image below, it is not possible to generate an image in the “work” tab with the 365 licence.

Thank you in advance for the additional clarification & have a nice day!
