Please try the program:
- First please uninstall Microsoft 365 on your current Mac;
- Follow the steps in this article to remove the license from your Mac:How to remove Office license files on a Mac - Microsoft Support
- Clear Office login information on your Mac. Steps: Click on the search icon in the upper right corner of your Mac desktop to enter the search box > Type “Keychain Access” and confirm > In the pop-up screen, select all items in the “Categories” and type “Office” in the search box on the right. Office” in the search box on the top right > Delete all the files that appear.
- Then log in to your Microsoft account homepage, click on Services & Subscriptions on the left side, then click on Manage on the right side of Microsoft 365 Subscriptions, download Microsoft 365 here and install it;and then log in to your Microsoft account to see if it can be activated properly.
