Payment issue during certification purchase

I am trying to book the certification exam- AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and I get the following message during payment- 'The credit card cannot be processed as entered. Try again'. Please note that I am paying using a company credit card. Could you please help or is there a way to go through the payment via a phone call? Thanks in advance
