We need to be provided with the option to opt out of AI. I'm leaving Microsoft word over this.

This isn't so much a question. Just letting you know I cannot be a creative writer and use a word processor that forces AI. Publishers are screening for AI generated work, and I will not take the risk of using Word when there is no clear option to turn off AI. Please, give writers the option a clear and simple option to turn it off. For now I'm switching to apple pages, or a typewriter.

    Hi

Unless you specifically paid for the copilot feature, you don't have it. It's not on by default for any users, and it's not free.

I have AI turned off or at least optional and switched off in Word. I am in the Windows version. Mac could be different.

    Which version of Word?

    Which Mac OS?
