How do you customize your profile picture?

There was no place to change the picture in Microsoft Accounts, so I read one of these tips. The customer in the tip also said they have no way of changing it in Accounts. The support answer said that if I sign in to Microsoft 365, I can go into Microsoft Accounts again (where it did not originally work), click an icon, and there will be a pop-up to change the picture, but there was (and is) no icon or pop-up. What do I do?

    Dear Drew Granderson,

    Thank you for reaching out.

It seems like you're encountering an issue with changing your profile picture in Microsoft Accounts. Typically, you should be able to update your picture by signing in to your Microsoft 365 account, navigating to your profile settings on top right side, and selecting the option to change your profile picture.

If you're not seeing the icon or pop-up to change your profile picture as expected, it is possible that your school administrator has prevented you from editing personal details. In this situation, please contact your school admin and they will be able to change the photo on your behalf. Related articles for your referenece:

    Hi, Drew

To update your profile picture, go to https://account.microsoft.com/profile.

Once you change it there, your profile picture will automatically update across Office and other Microsoft services.
