Working with Keywords

I have a list of keywords that I use repeatedly for work. They are used as keywords associated with image files, and as hashtags on social media.
I don't use every word every time. Also, I use them in pargraph form, not list format.

Is there a way to select the words I need, instead of typing them out each time? I am not even sure which program I should be using.
