Yes, I've used OneDrive for over 10 years, and no support response, and still having this issue. I've switched services temporarily, but it may be permanent if they can't address this.

I send links to files/folders regularly and for the past week or so, I've gotten questions from some clients asking why they can't download multiple files anymore. It seems to happen once a year and is a bug that's quickly fixed... Anyone else having this issue lately?

Crickets from Microsoft on this issue - not even a reply from the Microsoft agent on this chain.... very disappointed as I have used OneDrive for several years and this is a major issue for supplying people with multiple files. Please update status with a workaround fix to this issue!!
I am having the same issue. I deliver multiple files to clients and need this 'download' feature for them to download all files - not just one at a time! This seems to be a huge issue with OneDrive - is there a work-around or resolution for this issue?! Please advise ASAP
I have submitted a support request (3 days ago, no answer yet), but yes, as stated above, Incognito windows, several new test folders, tested in private windows, on different computers, and on 3 different networks, all result in the same issue with not being able to download the whole folder or multiple files at once.
If you say there are others reporting this (first post), I don't see why you think it's a specific account problem with my account.
