Hello, good day and thanks for your question. There is no Windows 11 Lite but there are community made ones like Tiny11 which is an unofficial version of Windows 11 and it lacks some features and support from Microsoft and it may not receive updates or patches from official channels.

Another alternative, is that you can build your own Tiny11 using the Windows 11 ISO and the PowerShell script on https://github.com/ntdevlabs/tiny11builder. Although It is a bit tricky, there are enough YoutTube and video tutorials that you can check and follow to be able to successfully create one.
