I am using Microsoft 365 installed and I I have multiple Outlook user emails/calendars now set up.

I want to color each calendar differently so I do not make mistakes depending on which one is open.

How?

For example- work Outlook can be default blue, gmail can be green, yahoo can be pink.

I found the following response - To color different calendars in Microsoft Outlook, you can use the color categorization feature. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to the calendar view.
  2. Right-click on the calendar you want to color.
  3. Select "Color" from the context menu.
  4. Choose a color from the available options or create a custom color if needed.

You can assign different colors to each calendar (e.g., blue for work, green for Gmail, pink for Yahoo) to help differentiate them visually.

Additionally, you can create and manage color categories through the Outlook interface, allowing you to apply multiple colors to items as needed.

HOWEVER, in my client app when I right click I don't see the option "color".

Which version of Outlook do you have?

For example, in the new Outlook for Windows, go to the Calendar view and click the three dots next to the name of the calendar you want to customize. Click the Color option and choose a color.

    Hi!

Are you using the new Outlook already? Can you have a look and go to Settings (top right gear icon) then go to calendar and select appearance. Under Color you can assign colors per calendar. once you're there you should see connected accounts (gmail, work, yahoo etc,) then you can select different colors for each.
