Please help me. My microsoft email(originally <removed PII>70 @gmail.com, which has my Minecraft account) has been routed to a different outlook email, the outlook email was starting with qw, but recently(today) I have seen that it has changed to an email starting with 39 at the address @qq.com. I am looking to recover my account and move my Minecraft license to possibly a dummy email where the details are given to me in private, or even my <removed PII>70 email so that I can continue where I left off. I have multiple ways to prove I own a legitimate copy of Minecraft, including videos of me in game, my transaction ID, my receipt from when I bought the game, and screenshots of inside the launcher. I have proof that the email has been changed to 39*@qq.com, and I will be attaching it here.Screenshot 2025-09-11 132123 Here is an unobstructed image of my entire computer screen as I had realized it was changed to the qq email. This is to eliminate any suspicion of an edited image or something of the sort. Screenshot 2025-08-29 215728

Here is an image of me being logged into my Microsoft account under the gamertag <removed PII>79 and the Minecraft Java username TheKaffeine, which I own both.

Here, an image of the exact scam I fell for. A hypixel rank scam...

This is not simply a case of a forgotten password, but rather fraud. I had been taken a fool using a scam tactic, and my Minecraft account was stolen because of it.

It is quite possible the account has been hacked and quite often it is impossible to recover once the account mail name is changed.

As it is game related try https://support.xbox.com/en-US/
