The Wifi, Bluetooth, and airplane mode functions were all lost soon after booting up my refurbished Dell Optiplex. Running Windows 11 Pro

I have done all the System Updates.

Is there a step by step guide to diagnose and repair those important functionality issues.

To restore Bluetooth and airplane mode functions in Windows 11 Pro, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Device Manager:
      • Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager.
      • Expand the Bluetooth section and look for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark. If you see one, right-click on it and select Update driver.
      • You can also check the Network adapters section for any issues with your Wi-Fi adapter.
    2. Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter:
      • Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
      • Find Bluetooth and click on Run to start the troubleshooter.
    3. Check Airplane Mode Settings:
      • Go to Settings > Network & internet > Airplane mode.
      • Ensure that Airplane mode is turned off. If it is on, toggle it off.
    4. Update Windows:
      • Ensure that your Windows is fully updated. Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for updates.
    5. Reinstall Bluetooth Drivers:
      • In Device Manager, right-click on your Bluetooth device and select Uninstall device. Restart your computer, and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver automatically.
    6. Check for Hardware Issues:
      • If the above steps do not resolve the issue, there may be a hardware problem. Ensure that your Bluetooth and Wi-Fi hardware is functioning correctly and is enabled in the BIOS settings if applicable.
    7. Reset Network Settings:
      • Go to Settings > Network & internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset. This will remove and reinstall all your network adapters and reset networking components back to their original settings.

After performing these steps, check if the Bluetooth and airplane mode functions are restored. If issues persist, consider checking the manufacturer's website for specific drivers or further assistance.
