Hello @Rakshit Kumar,
Thank you for reaching out to the Q&A forum!
To support you better, please confirm this point:
Do you want to download the file: to your local desktop or to OneDrive?
Currently, I can only test Power Automate in a web environment, so I’ve tried creating a flow to download the ZIP file from SharePoint to OneDrive first.
Here are the steps you can refer to:
- You can go to Power Automate => Create => select “Instant cloud flow”. After you name the flow, you can select trigger “Manually trigger a flow"
- After that, you will see the screen where you can start creating the flow. Please click Create to proceed:
1.Add SharePoint Action- Get file content:
- Action: you find and select “Get file content”
- Site Address: You can copy and paste your SharePoint site.
- File Identifier: Choose the ZIP file from the document library.
2.Add OneDrive Action – Create file:
- Action: you can choose “Create file” in OneDrive
- Folder Path: You select a folder in OneDrive (for example, in my test, I chose Desktop folder).
- File Name: you can name “file.zip”
- File Content: please use the output from Get file content.
- After that, you can save the flow and click Run to test it.
In my test, I was able to see the ZIP file in the selected folder on my OneDrive, just as I described in the steps above.
If you want to download the file to your local machine, please reply and let me know.
Also, I’d like to reconfirm: are you using a personal account (Hotmail/Outlook.com) or a work/school account?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
