Hi,
You can also try this,
1. Open Phone Link directly from the Start Menu Sometimes choosing “Android” inside the wizard sends you to the wrong flow. Opening the app directly gives you a clean screen where it should ask which type of device you want to connect.
2. Reset the Phone Link app This clears any stuck settings that might be pushing it into the iPhone/Bluetooth mode.
Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features
Find Phone Link
Open Advanced options
Select Reset
3. Make sure you’re using the QR code pairing for Android Android doesn’t need your PC to have Bluetooth. Pairing is done through a QR or link code, so if it keeps insisting on Bluetooth, the setup path is simply stuck. Resetting usually brings back the correct Android workflow.
Just to understand your situation a bit better:
- When you open Phone Link from Start, does it still bring you to the iPhone/Bluetooth screen?
- Do you already have the Link to Windows app installed on your Android phone?
- Has your PC ever been connected to any phone before with this app?
Kind regards,
