Help with Phone Link

I've tried and tried again and again to try to get my phone to connect to windows 10 but no matter how hard I try to press android, it just tells me I need to have Bluetooth capabilities to connect iPhone. My computer doesn't have Bluetooth capabilities, nor do I have an iPhone. If you can help me, please do 🙏
