    Hi @Pam Thornton,

Thank you for posting your question to Microsoft Q&A Forum.

Thank you for reaching out. Microsoft Publisher is part of certain Microsoft 365 plans; however, it is only available for Windows devices. It does not have a native version for macOS or iOS, which is why you may not see it in your apps list.

Microsoft’s official documentation on Microsoft 365 system requirements confirms that Publisher and Access are available on PC only.

    • If you need similar functionality on non-Windows devices, Microsoft recommends alternatives such as:
    • Word or PowerPoint for layout and design tasks
    • Microsoft Designer or Sway (web-based tools) for creating visual content

Additionally, Microsoft has announced that Publisher will be retired in October 2026, so transitioning to these alternatives is encouraged. You can find the official announcement here: Microsoft Publisher will no longer be supported after October 2026.

    • If you are using a Windows device and your plan supports Publisher (such as Microsoft 365 Business Premium or Enterprise E3/E5), here’s how to install it:
    1. Check your Microsoft 365 plan and device type at account.microsoft.com/services.
    2. Sign in at office.com.
    3. Click Apps > Install apps.
    4. Download and install the Office suite (Publisher will be included if your plan supports it).

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If these steps don’t help, please let me know the answers to the questions above and I can guide you through other suitable fixes for your situation.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

I'm looking forward to your reply.

Microsoft Publisher is not available for Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise for Mac and Office LTSC 2021 for Mac. If you are using these versions, you will not find Microsoft Publisher among your available apps. However, Microsoft Publisher is available for Windows operating systems. If you are on a Windows device and still cannot find it, you may need to check your subscription plan to ensure it includes Publisher or install it separately if it's available to you.
