Are their any humans left in the Microsoft support services?

There is no specific tag to cover such a broad encompassing question but I feel like I'm preaching to a choir at this point. I continuality hit walls with support as of recent and find myself often receiving canned and incredibly scripted responses. Some wont even address my concerns or questions in any way whatsoever no matter how descript I may be. I used to hold the various Microsoft supports in high regard when it came to providing aid. Even in times they couldn't help I'd still often leave with and understanding, but now? It feels like total downgrade in every sense of the word.

Can anyone shed some light on this? Thank you.

I setup a subscription with Azure, but during the required switch to use Microsoft Authenticator, the process failed. Now I have a subscription, but cannot log in. I've tried many different paths, but I cannot call, email or post any sort of ticket to request help. So I guess Azure is not very important to them.
