Not receiving password reset sms

I cannot revive the sms code to my Microsoft account that’s registered with my phone number and has no email connected to it to reset my password, it all started happening since I’ve made some hardware upgrades to my pc when I opened my pc I was signed out for some reason and I forgot my password yet when I click “ forgot password “ “ send sms to my phone number “ it says “ this method doesn’t work right now pls try another verification method “ it’s been over 2 weeks and I’m extremely irritated I tried contacting my service provider to confirm that I’m reviving messages as normal and nothings blocked and they confirmed everything’s fine, I tried the account recovery form but once I’m done I get a email saying “ unfortunately you haven’t provided enough info to confirm ownership “ because this account is just used to access my pc nothing else, I need help desperately.
