    Hi,

Please check Task Manager and close all active applications by following these steps:

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc.

Look for any applications that are currently running.

Right-click and active application and click End Task.

Repeat for all other active applications you want to close.

    Reinstall Camera Driver:

Press the Windows key + X, and choose Device Manager.

    Expand Cameras or Imaging Devices

Right-click your camera, and select Uninstall Device.

Ensure to tick "Delete driver software for this device" when prompted.

    Restart your PC

Check if the issue is resolved.

If the issue persists, what is the make and model of your device?

In the search bar, type MSINFO32 and hit Enter.

Please share a screenshot of that window.

Press Windows + X and choose Device Manager.

Click View > Show Hidden devices

    Expand Camera Section

Take a screenshot and share it here.

If your camera is not working in Windows 11, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Camera Settings: Go to the camera settings page in Windows. You can select the individual camera from the Connected cameras section to view its settings and ensure it is enabled.
    2. Troubleshoot the Camera: On the camera settings page, select the camera and look for a Troubleshoot option. This will guide you through an interactive troubleshooting process.
    3. Check Privacy Settings: Make sure that your privacy settings allow apps to access the camera. You can find these settings in the Windows Privacy section.
    4. Update Drivers: Ensure that your camera drivers are up to date. You can visit the manufacturer's website to download and reinstall the latest drivers for your camera.
    5. Restart Your Device: Sometimes, simply restarting your computer can resolve camera issues.
    6. Disable Frame Server Mode: If you are experiencing issues with applications like Teams, you might consider disabling Frame Server Mode through a registry key, which can help with webcam functionality.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, it may be worth checking for any Windows updates that might address camera-related issues.
