How to recover unsaved notepads?

Hi. So basically I have a notepad filled with all my passwords (and some of my previous teachers' phone numbers) in a notepad.

The problem is today I accidentally clicked do not save on closing. I still have about half the passwords, but not the phone numbers, and am trying to recover it.

Does anyone know a solution to this? If so please share. Thank you! I have tried everything in my power to recover it, but we are not trying to recover the whole notepad, only half of it.

The new Notepad app saves the unsaved documents to a temp folder (%appdata%\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsNotepad_8wekyb3d8bbwe\TempState) in your user profile, however, if you chose the option not to save the document when closing Notepad, that temp file is permanently deleted and it cannot be recovered.
